Ayurvedic Medicine is the Ancient predecessor of most Modalities of
Self-Healing, Balancing, & Synchronization of the Body-Mind-Spirit Complex to the
Physical Universe & the Energetic Field.
Including:
-Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM): Includes practices like acupuncture, herbal medicine, tai chi, and qigong. TCM emphasizes balance and harmony within the body's energy systems (Qi).
-Reiki: A Japanese energy healing technique where practitioners use their hands to channel energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

The 5 Elements, or the Elemental Energies, are the foundation of Ayurvedic science.
In Sanskrit, the "Pancha Mahabhutas" are – Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether(Space) – & they are the building blocks of all matter & energy in the universe, including our bodies, our environment, & all forces.
These Elemental Energies influence Everything from our physical health to our mental state. By understanding their qualities and how they interact, you can start to see the world through the Ayurvedic lens of balance and harmony.
These elements combine in unique ways to form the 3 Doshas – Vata, Pitta, and Kapha – and play a crucial role in determining our Individual Constitution ("Prakriti") and Overall Health Balance.
The 5 Elements:
-Earth (Prithvi): Earth provides stability and structure.
-Water (Jala): Water is essential for cohesion and fluidity.
-Fire (Agni): Fire governs transformation and metabolism.
-Air (Vayu): Air controls movement and activity.
-Space/Ether (Akasha): Ether provides the space in which everything else exists.
The 3 Doshas:
Kapha (Earth & Water): Structure, Stability, Lubrication
Pitta (Fire & Water): Transformation, Change, Metamorphosis
Vata (Air & Space/Ether): Movement, Direction, Communication
